When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent out within 3-5 days of ordering

How much?

Standard Shipping (Monday – Saturday)

• Your parcel will be delivered around 2-5 *working days
• At an additional cost of £3.50

Express Shipping (1-2days)

• Your parcel will be delivered between 1-2 days. If order before 11am then you should be able to receive next day. 
• At an additional cost £4.69

Please be aware that if you claim none delivery, we cannot automatically refund or replace the items unfortunately. Once our courier has accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order. We do not refund any orders or amendments to order.
